About the Practically Curious Foundation

Family digital wellness, online safety education, and mental health therapy relief for Heartland communities.

Our Mission: Digital Wellness for Heartland Families

The Practically Curious Foundation equips families and communities with practical digital wellness tools, online safety education, and financial relief to navigate technology with confidence, not fear. We serve families in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and the broader Midwest.

We operate two core initiatives:

Heartland Intelligence — Digital Wellness Hub

Curated digital literacy resources, screen time guidance, online safety tools, cyberbullying prevention, AI education, and community-specific technology resources for the Central United States.

The PC Fund — Mental Health Therapy Relief

Interest-free mental health therapy debt relief. We pay healthcare providers directly — 100% of relief reaches care costs. No money goes to families; it goes straight to NPI-verified providers.

From Our Founders

"I grew up in a small farming community in central Kansas, the kind of place where neighbors showed up without being asked and nobody talked much about what they were going through. I watched the people I loved hold tight to what mattered — family, land, faith, each other — while the world outside kept asking them to move faster and need less."

"I never left. I built a career in technology while staying rooted in the community that raised me. For years I lived in both worlds at once — close enough to the people being disrupted to feel it, and close enough to the technology doing the disrupting to understand it."

"That's exactly why we started the Practically Curious Foundation."
